The apartment of bridal gown designer Amsale Aberra is located on the 11th floor of an industrial building in New York’s Garment District. Interior designer Vicente Wolf, (actually Amsale’s neighbor) has greatly influenced the ethiopian stylist in decorating her loft. It have white concrete floors and walls painted in Benjamin Moore Super White.

Sunrise House, Rental Luxury Villa In Mustique.
Sunrise House is a spectacular villa perched on a hillside near Macaroni Beach in Mustique. This luxury Caribbean villa has its own secluded white sandy beach and tropical gardens. The colonial design of the main house with fine architectural details is matched by bespoke and antique furniture throughout the interior. There are numerous terraces, an infinity pool, two charming cottages by the sea and a fresh water rock pool for lounging and relaxation.

Antoni Associates have designed the interior of the Pearl Valley 334 house for a young family in Cape Town, South Africa.
A young family re-locating to the Western Cape was looking to change from city living to a more relaxed country lifestyle in which to bring up their young family and settled for the exclusive Pearl Valley Golf Estate located near Paarl, just 30 minutes away from Cape Town.
The initial architectural footprint for the house was designed by Gauteng based architect, Gardiol Bergenthuin. The owners approached ANTONI ASSOCIATES to create an interior that was modern but with an emphasis on ‘barefoot luxury’ and the use of natural materials.

Daylight reveals the plasticity of tumor and white colors as watercolors have spread in selected areas, while at night the lights in headlights and other details throughout the building becomes a supernatural setting, hovering over the pool. The orientation is East and spaces organized in turn by the sun to “live” the best of their era: the outdoor kitchen has shade in the afternoon to be able to enjoy a meal in peace. The building appears to volume configured by touch, without straights and tight corners – as if it was slowly over time, with the wind and rain. The smooth curves and holes, the white Cycladic which eliminates the strong light and color harmonies, is what characterizes the area “breathe” the breeze coming through the openings. The center of gravity of the house seems to be the staircase stands like a sculpture. Patiti, gray concrete into alternating with marble tiling and signage in the area around the pool, sand-colored, covered the floors. The house and minimal ergonomic, ideal for anyone who went immediately into the atmosphere, which is something ethereal and water together. Accountable designed built shelves in the living room, a dining room buffet abstract and built beds, without spikes. The minimum-which has nothing but the usual rigor than tenderness and eroticism, is what fits the temperament of their owners and possibly only “ties” with such an advantageous position, as the Cyclades.

This house is situated in a forested area near the town of Tapalpa. The project consists of a country house to be use on the weekends, so the program remains basic. The project evolves from the idea of making a place of refuge, where isolation from the urban life and noise is the main priority. The house has a linear distribution with two distinct areas: the private areas accessed through a corridor and the public areas which span the main entrance to the terrace.
