Country House in Mallorca Designed by Mestre Paco.

This Mediterranean villa, was designed by Mestre Paco and it reveals the concept of living without borders in a natural, comfortable environment. The stone facade, punctuated by wooden shutters, creates a picture-perfect exterior, accentuated by the use of simple patio furniture in the garden. Interior spaces are defined by the white beams hovering over the serene arrangements accentuated by natural stone walls. The existing flooring at the entrance and living room is used as a way to detach the interior design from over-exposure to modern design and keep the balance of the overall look. A raised dining area, separated from the living room by a creative shelving system shelters the owners’ meal times from distractions. Salvaged items and industrial elements found their place in a house that displays a melting pot of styles.

Sextantio Albergo Diffuso Santo Stefano, Italy.

A medieval mountain hamlet where history and designer fittings meet to create a unique cultural experience. There’s nothing quite like this albergo diffuso – meaning something like “scattered lodgings” – anywhere else in the world. Put together by a team passionate about conservation, the hotel is a collection of restored houses and suites dotted around a crumbling hilltop village in the Gran Sasso mountains of central Italy. Thanks to their efforts, the village has been saved from extinction, and its remit now is to pay reverence to its peasant past. This is not a typical hotel: it’s a step back in time, and like its sister project Grotte della Civita, it’s quite unique.

Cave House By Alexandre de Betak, Majorca.

The house is stylized as cave so there are not many straight angles. Everything inside and outside is done by Alexandre de Betak himself who is designer, an events producer, and art director, who’s worked on Dior’s and Rodarte’s fashion shows. Alexandre de Betak wanted to make a perfect place for summer getaway and what can be better than a house byt the sea? The house is eco-friendly you can see there’s lot of wood beams and other finishing. There’s also a guest cabin built around the tree which was created a lot of trouble for builders.

New York Loft Style In Barcelona.

This loft of 170 m2 is located in a building built in Barcelona over a century ago, which was previously textile workshop. This space has kept most of the original structures and attractive unified, painting them white: wrought iron columns to ceiling originally black-and-run lengthwise environment, wooden beams, cut by a steel rail and the 4 meters mark open architecture.

Chalet Indigo, Megéve.

Located in Mont d’Arbois, this is one of very few luxury chalets in the resort that is truly “ski in, ski out”. Situated on the Baron de Rothschild′s land, Chalet Indigo impresses from the front door. The indoor pool is found on the ground floor, offering variable depth and can also be converted into a conference room with the jacuzzi and hammam alongside. The home-cinema is also transformable – think cinema come nightclub, fully equipped with bar, deep sofas, equipment for a DJ and a karaoke machine; an adaptable space, perfect for either use. The stunning first floor living room is vast, joining the dining room with relaxing nooks, all of which open onto a terrace overlooking the piste.
